Our client desired a large theater in an existing room with widows on three sides. SuperVision, in collaboration with CinemaTech, Digital Projection, JBL and Crestron, delivered the perfect visual and acoustic space in this elegant viewing environment that can accommodate over 15 guests and offers an unobstructed view of the Los Angeles skyline when not in use.
A pool house was converted into a complete CinemaTech Theater that included seating, wall fabrics, carpet, millwork, lighting, door treatments, starlight ceiling, and proscenium curtain along with a Sony 1000 lumen projector, a Stewart Filmscreen Directors Choice Multi-Masking Screen, and Triad Speakers. This massive backyard remodel and expansion features an attached indoor/outdoor Family Room and Kitchen, added deck space and a Game Room built into the hillside below make this spot the ideal place for California relaxation.
For this Theater the client wanted to use the space as a multipurpose room. So the projector retracts into the ceiling and a side door can be opened to make it part of a larger adjacent room.
